The Pilot

Hello, my name is Holly.

Creating a blog seems so difficult, you know? You have to have the right topic, and it has to be cute and witty and just all around enjoyable. Some people just get by being good looking and using flowery words. Me? I have no topic; I used to be cute, then I hit puberty; witty? maybe; enjoyable? on my good days; and as far as aesthetics go, I'll leave that to the fashion industry.

Well, a bit about me:
I'm a high school student, who amazingly does well with little or no effort. I procrastinate terribly, and my day usually doesn't start until 1 pm. During the summer I develop insomnia some what, but when the school year starts I get back on a semi normal sleeping pattern. I'm fascinated with the little things and the big things make me stop and stare.I wear a lot of navy and gray, but I'm trying to incorporate more yellows and reds. Reading is my boyfriend, and music is my lover. I get nervous when I have everyone's attention, and I hate group projects. I love it when it rains, I love to go on adventures, and I love to eat Popsicles.
That's just some basic information, and you'll pick up on more as I write.

The title of this blog is a bit misleading. Not a lot of posts will be made at midnight, and the days I drink coffee are pretty much limited to Mondays. But I like the sound of "Midnight Coffee Break," and maybe there are a few insomniacs who will keep up with me.
